24-hour express check-in service is available exclusively for pre-paid bookings.

We kindly ask guests who plan to arrive after 22:00 or during weekends and do not hold a pre-paid booking to contact us in advance to arrange their check-in.

Billing Department

For an official invoice, kindly fill out and submit the Invoice Request Form to our Billing Department. An official invoice will be emailed within three business days following request receipt.
